World Scramble (For World Scramble Players Only):

I authorize the World Scramble - InVicta Club, Inc. to charge my credit card for the fee listed above, and if our team continues to advance, any additional required tournament fees for the 2^nd, 3^rd or Final rounds. I agree that no refunds will be allowed. I agree to release and hold harmless participating professionals, host facilities, the World Scramble and InVicta Club, Inc. from any and all decisions and representations made in accordance with the official rules throughout the competition. I understand that the amount of the purse and prizes may increase or decrease with the number of participating players and that World Scramble and InVicta Club, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the purse, prizes, sponsor items, dates and participating venues at its sole discretion. I agree to abide by all decisions made by the Host Club, World Scramble and InVicta Club, Inc, which are final and binding in all respects.

InVicta Club Memberships (For InVicta Members Only):

I authorize InVicta Club, Inc. to charge my credit card for the amounts listed above. All InVicta Club Membership Terms and Conditions for each membership type will be printed on the Member Welcome Kit. All memberships that include monthly dues have a minimum of a one year term and will automatically renew month to month thereafter. The Full Membership Kit must be returned prior to any cancellation or termination of the membership and monthly dues billing.
